We accept the following methods to send requests to us:
- Alma (Canadian libraries only): 01UOA_INST
- OCLC: UAB
- Docline: ABCUJW
- Webform (see below)
We do not accept requests via e-mail or over the phone.
Webform Requests
If your library doesn't have access to Alma Resource Sharing, WorldShare ILL, or Docline, your library may be eligible to register to submit requests via our new webform. Registration is a manual process, therefore, you must wait until notified before being able to place a request.
eBooks
We are sometimes able to supply eBooks, depending on our licensing agreements with publishers.
Delivery Options
- Post-to-web - Link is sent in an email where you click to download the document.
- Email - Document is sent as an attachment. (Make sure you can accommodate larger file sizes.)
- Mail - Book or paper copy is sent via Canada Post unless otherwise specified (Purolator is our preferred courier).
