Important Information
We have phased out our use of Relais ILL. Libraries will no longer be able to submit requests to us via the Relais Portal. For Canadian libraries, our preferred method of receiving requests is through Alma Resource Sharing. For non-Canadian libraries and Canadian libraries that don't have Alma Resource Sharing, we will continue to provide interlibrary loan services through WorldShare ILL and Docline.

We accept the following methods to send requests to us:
- Alma (Canadian libraries only): 01UOA_INST
- OCLC: UAB
- Docline: ABCUJW
We do not accept requests via e-mail or over the phone.
Place Webform Requests (starting January 5, 2026)
If your library doesn't have access to Alma Resource Sharing, WorldShare ILL, or Docline, your library may be eligible to submit requests via our new webform. You must register in order to be able to request via our new webform. This is a manual process, therefore, you must wait until notified before being able to place a request.
Review Relais Portal Requests (Legacy System)
We will provide the following link until we have completed all lending requests submitted to us via the Relais Library Portal and all items have been returned.
Delivery Options
- Post-to-web - Link is sent in an email where you click to download the document.
- Email - Document is sent as an attachment. (Make sure you can accommodate larger file sizes.)
- Mail - Book or paper copy is sent via Canada Post unless otherwise specified (Purolator is our preferred courier).
